You had to download multiple apps, check a dozen different websites, try to remember a freebie you saw on social media, and even then you would still miss half of what was out there. Meanwhile, restaurants were constantly running promotions that most people never even heard about.

At the same time, Americans are spending a significant amount on dining out, with a 2024 study by US Foods finding that the average person spends about $191 per month on restaurant meals. Convenience, time constraints, and habit drive those decisions, but the cost adds up quickly, especially when better deals are often hidden or overlooked.

DealsonMeals aims to change this by making meal savings easy to find, helping people spend less without changing where or how they eat. We realized we weren't the only ones who wanted a good deal and an easy way to find it. So we built the product we wished already existed: one clean, simple feed of real meal deals near you, with the goal of becoming a comprehensive, nationwide platform that includes both national chains and local spots, updated daily and all in one place.
