Welcome to DealsonMeals (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at dealsonmeals.app (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
DealsonMeals is a free restaurant deals aggregator. We collect and display dining deals from restaurants and national chains across the United States. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the restaurants or brands featured on the Site. Deal information is provided for informational purposes only.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
3. User Accounts
You may create an account using Google OAuth or email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Deal Submissions
You may suggest deals to us through our contact page. By submitting a deal suggestion, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, edit, and publish the submission at our discretion. We are under no obligation to publish, respond to, or credit any submission. We reserve the right to verify, edit, or discard any suggested deal.
5. Deal Accuracy and Disclaimer
We make reasonable efforts to keep deal information current and accurate, but we do not guarantee that any deal displayed on the Site is still available, accurate, or honored by the restaurant. Deals may expire, change, or vary by location. Always verify deal details directly with the restaurant before making a purchase decision. We are not responsible for any losses or disappointments resulting from inaccurate, expired, or changed deal information.
6. Intellectual Property
All original content on the Site, including but not limited to the DealsonMeals name, logo, design, and layout, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Restaurant names, logos, and trademarks displayed on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used solely for the purpose of identifying which restaurants offer specific deals. This use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those restaurants.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s infrastructure
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Submit false or misleading information through the contact form
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or our systems
8. Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, including but not limited to reliance on deal information displayed on the Site.

You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us through our contact page. We may also suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms.
